Why is it that some celebrity deaths result in conspiracy theories while others don't?

Does anyone know why certain unexpected celebrity deaths spawn conspiracy theories insisting that they are still alive (ie Elvis and Tupac), while there are no rumors or theories about the sudden deaths of other celebrities, like Heath Ledger, Aaliyah, or Selena?
