Stubborn zit!! need hlp!?

it wont go away!!!!! i have this zit on my chin and it wont go away and ive tried putting night cream on it and everything but it wont go away!!!! winter formal is this saturday and im going with this really cute guy and i want it to be be gone (or close to) by that time. are there any last minute tips to getting rids of stubborn zits
