Buy or Sell: Most ATL rappers are wack?

I think most of the Atlanta rappers like Soulja Boy, Gucci Mane, Shawty Lo, etc. are partly the reason hip hop is in such a bad state right now. There are only a few dope emcees left from ATL like Ludacris, T.I., and maybe Young Jeezy, but other than that they are impacting hip hop for the worst.
