I live in dagupan city, Pangasinan, I got digitel tel adsl 777 plan, with modem for 100kpps speed only

this is not a proper place to make a complain, go to there office and make noise to them, as a customer they must have to deliver a good services , if they dont give you any action for your complains go to DTI or NTC and file another complain to them.
