Can draft horses do eventing and such?

I have heard of it, but can most draft horses be trained to jump (small fences, under 3')?? I want to do bn eventing, and local h/j and dressage shows. Plus fun western stuff. I found one draft horse that is well trained under saddle, but can some do this?
