Can it be Zoster?

Hello I am a 20 year old who carries Genital . But just about almost 2 weeks ago I started developing this rash like bumps on my stomach my side and a few on my back. At first I thought they were bed bugs. Then I was told it was chicken pox. I looked up info of both of them and I saw there Zoster or shingles. But for both Chicken pox and Zoster I dont have any symptoms like it tells me. I dont have fever I dont have pain. It just started by one little rash, it looked like small tiny bumps all together then another one and then another one until I end up with 20 of them I think. They are kind itchy. and I noticed that on some of them they are starting to peel off in the middle. Can somone please tell me what it could be? Im afraid it might have something to do with my Genital or is it tru that ppl also get rashes when they have HIV? Please someone give me an answer asap
