Is Islam Allahism-Mohammedism?

In Islam the source of guidance lie in Quran, hadith. Quran is from Allah. Hadith is from prophet.There are things in Hadith which is not there in Quran.How Mohammed came to know about those things, if from Allah then it should be in quran, if by mistake it is not in Quran the how many guidelines from Allah is not in Quran. If not from Allah then why Mohammed introduced those things as he had no right to introduce those as he was not divine.The most important things missing in Quran is how to pray, how many time to pray and lot many things.
