What does this mean in english..?

얼짱은 ㄴㄴ i got it from one of my old ques. and i never understood what it meant since im not korean. well, please help with this. because when i look it up; it says 'played with good-looking that'. and i dont really get it; so what does it mean? is that what it really says/means? if it does; then what does 'played with good-looking that' mean? thanks.
