Can anyone hear the hum?

It has slowly started to get louder I keep thinking my boiler in the loft is working overtime and seem to notice it more at night. Hence I keep thinking its the boiler about to giveaway does anybody else hear this i've been doing some research and seen a thing called the bristol hum but I doubt it's that. Explanations?
