Is it worth to apply to duke with a 3.67 GPA and a SAT with 1650 if my aunt went to Harvard and Duke?

Will it help my chances of getting in because my aunt went there?Also, I am half black and half white (american and belgian mix)...do you think that would help with admissions...like affirmative action? Will colleges look at my GPA and the fact that I take the hardest cles possible, and try my best, usually, at them? Does duke university do affirmative action? If I apply to Duke via Early Admission or Early Decision, will I have a better chance of getting in? Or if I choose to go to Case Western Reserve university for pre-med, than do I have a better chance of getting into Duke or university of Notre Dame by applying as a transfer student?
