What statistical ysis should I use?

I have been doing a project where I have been testing sea water samples for the presence of MRSA.Basically I put sea water on agar plates if there was a growth I then did 3 other tests to prove they are a staph, all the samples which got positives on all 3 tests I test put onto new plates with methicillin and basically if they grew it proves that they MRSA. I have to do statistical ysis for my project, I am unsure which statistical ysis whether to use an ANOVA, T test, chi squared or kruskal wallace or whatever.I am using minitab for all of this.Basically out of 100 samples 73 showed growth, 54 of these were proved to gram positive then 33 proved to be positive from the other 2 tests. so finally out of the 33 left which I then tested for methicillin resistance 19 out of 33 showed MRSA. thats the numbers side of it. I just dont know what stats tests to use, any help would be greatly appreciated.
