Weak signals on cod 4 online on ps3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

WHAT IS GOING ON?????????? I have asked these many times but know i am going to make it detailed! kk, so, some people say if a game's host has low signal (the bar which shows the connection strenght when playing cod4 online on ps3), u will also have low, but no in every game i join, the host has full green 5 bars infect everyone has full bars but only me in the list have 1 yellow bar. WHICH IS CAUSING A LOT OF PROBLEMS (THE KILL ME BEFORE I DO(I AM LIKE SHOOTING FOR HRS AND THE DONT GET KILLED AND THEY KILL ME BY 4-6 BULLETS...) I have 256kbps dsl connection in kuwait from showtime. i connect my ps3 to internet with an ethernet cable. so why is it slow? myabe because my location is far away from the servers i join... or what?? and how to fix this? should i upgrade my internet bandwith to 1 mbps? or higher? should i try connecting to internet wirelessly? plz help. how can i fix this problem??? plz tell everything u know which can help me in fighting against this prob... plz. i luv cod4.
