What do you think of this statement about Republicans?

It's Garbage: First it was a Republican Nixon that got us out of Vietnam after a Democrat Johnson escalated into a full fledged war. It was a Republican Eisenhower that started equal rights and civil liberties after his State Kansas was embarred in the Brown vs The Topeka Kansas board of education decision, it was Republicans that wanted term limits and campaign finance reform, and it was the republicans that have signed more environmental legislation then democrats. In fact George Bush signed more environmental legislation then all democrats combined.
