There is a little girl with her spine/body bent over forwards permanently. Anyone familiar w/ this condition?

Kyphosis maybe? Its related to scoliosis but has curves in different regions. What throws me for a loop is the fact that she went to sleep fine and then woke up with the "condition". I don't know about that unless she has juvenile arthritis and its simply painful in her spine.
