Is my angel fish beating up my tiger barb?

i got 2 angel fish and one was just slightly bigger then the other. Then i got 2 green barbs and 2 tiger barbs and i have 2 small orange fish (don't know what there called) and 1 neon tetra (i know i have to get more tetras the others got sick and dyed). But now one angel fish dyed and the 2 barbs and one tiger barb and the other one looks like one of its fins is half eaten. This started when i put the angels in. i have a 35 gal corner tank.
