Instead of closing schools, should Labour put their money where their mouth is and invest in schools properly?

Maybe its just taking time ? There have been three new schools built in Ayrshire this Summer, thats just the ones I know about. Having said that, while higher pes etc. seem to be going up some of the trouble in the schools particularly discipline is terrible. Sign of the times I suppose.
