Can my Blu Ray player stream Netflix to my TV?

I have a Samsung Blu Ray player that I bought about 2 years ago. The Samsung model number is BD-P1500. I know I can plug it into the Internet, but I don't know if/how I can watch my Netflix account straight on my TV. Does anyone know IF I can? And if so, can anyone explain step-by-step HOW I can watch Netflix on my TV?
