5 months pregnant flu wont go away?

I am 5 months pregnant next week and have been sick for around 2 weeks now. Firstly it was just the runny nose with a slight cough and then the doctor said that I was suffering bronchitis and put me on Amoxilcillin to get it all going again and it was all good for 2 days and now im sick again with a rough cough and runny nose im all stuffed up and as you can imagine running low on energy. I eat fairly healthy and drink plenty of water. But what im worried about is my little one can this affect my bub me being sick so often when my baby is trying to grow obviously I can’t do much its just that time of year everyone at work is sick and I just seem to be the one copping it mainly I just need to be reured this wont harm bubs the doctor said its not good for the baby and I should really focus on getting better but easier said then done
